The movie's allegedly supposed to be the opposite from what people claim it to be. Netflix probably might have done this on purpose to take advantage of the outcry machine. Free advertisement after all. Haven't watched it myself but those who have say it's actually against sexualizing children.

In reality anime should be a combination of the last two images. Anime is more often than not 10x more problematic than that netflix poster :/
