Honestly "luxury" means not having mold leaking out of the vents and unidentified stains on the carpet. Its bullshit to charge us more for a normal living situation.
I was listening to a podcast and one of the guys was going to open houses in LA. He was waiting for the wild shit the agent would say about being backed up to a major freeway. The agent said something like "it's like hearing the ocean without being right on the beach".
