This is good advice, but god am I bad at consistency. I’ll be a whirlwind of getting things done one week, and the very next week if all I can do in a day is shower then that’s a good day.

Heck yea, also it’s good to remember the progress isn’t linear so don’t be discouraged even if your situation is always on the incline
