I've worked for FedEx for 30+ years. I for one greatly appreciate the value and service the USPS provides. Everyone bitches about the service but where else can you get anything for around half a buck? I mean you can send a letter from Honolulu to Maine for just over 50 cents.

Sorry I'm confused, the minimum to mail a letter with a ups/FedEx is over $20 while a package is $16? Can someone please clarify this?

My experiences: Light packages always use USPS but heavy packages use Fedex/UPS.
If something happen, Fedex/UPS easier to claim insurance. With USPS good luck.
