“Better” in a vacuum doesn’t really mean anything and is very personally subjective.
I’m enjoying Ghost a bit more than I did Last of Us, but I’d have a hard time saying it was “better”

I haven't gotten to play TLOU 2 yet, but I will say I highly recommend Ghost. It's the first open world game since Breath of the Wild where I keep getting distracted because I find cool stuff along the way.
