Looks gnarly as fuck, males do this one a year, the antlers grow bigger with every shed of velvet, despite what it looks like, it probably doesn't hurt them, just very itchy.
Looking at this makes me appreciate having arms and hands. Imagine having that hunk of skin hanging over the side of your face and not being able do anything about it
