歐陽: a surname. The text is mirrored (probably used as a seal) and it reads right to left.

Just so you know, it's unlikely that it's 24K gold. Pure gold is extremely soft and will easily deform, scratch, and wear down, so anything under 18K or so is almost never used for jewelry. Since this appears to be a signet ring that would be used for stamping wax seals, it likely was made with 14K or lower to avoid it wearing out.

EDIT: Guess I'm wrong, 24K jewelry is apparently common in Asia and India.
