Germany is not delinquent in its fee to NATO, it is up to date with its NATO contributions. Germany is not meeting the guideline not requirement 2% GDP military spending. Unlike the US and its more than $1 billion overdue UN and WHO etc contributions.
Funny thing is the US is pretty much forcing fracking gas down our throats which makes no sense because we just literally built a pipeline to get the gas from the eastern countries.
