My personal experience has been a little different. I changed jobs a couple times in the last year and each time ended up being worse. Had I just been content with my original job, I would have had a nice work from home situation and still getting paid well with no cut hours.

Now, I'm jobless, socially isolated, and on the verge of financial ruin. Even though COVID is largely to blame, I still blame myself for some of it.

The challenge now is that no one is coming to save each of us, so its now up to you to see what you do with the situation.

Ive lived paycheck to paycheck so long that I feel guilt whenever I have a little bit of extra money.
