I have been benzodiazepine-free for about 8-9 months now. I found a pill in my closet yesterday. It was so hard not to indulge in that one pill, but I knew one would lead to more. I flushed it.

After quitting for 7+ years, I had one cigarette while completely shitfaced a couple years back.
It was disgusting, and reinforced why I had quit years ago. The smell of smoke grosses me out now.
