Took me too long to realize they were talking about wearing masks.

As someone who did the whole "I'm young I can work a physically demanding job for long hours foreverrrr" thing, be cautious of your physical health working long hour 6 days a week. I worked at a beer distribution center from 4pm to 2am 5 days a week picking thousands of cases of beer a day. I was in great shape so I should be fine? Right? Boom blown knees, blown shoulder, blown back. Repetitive motion injuries are no joke. Be careful out there and listen to your body! My life was forever altered by those injuries and will be forever, knee replacement in my near future, need shoulder surgery, constant pain. Just make sure you are careful.

EDIT: I am very aware this is about masks. I understand and am very supportive of them wearing masks, as someone that works in the healthcare field I only wish more people used masks. My post is more about the 10 hour days 6 days a week in 100 degree heat. I cannot be sure how physically demanding their job is but those hours and temperatures alone are potentially worrisome. I simply wanted to take the chance to tell them to be cautious, and to listen to their body. Thank you for all the rewards and kind comments (mostly kind and civil, some people seem offended? That I took time to say "be careful out there and listen to your bodies!"). I am trying to reply to as many as i can but i appreciate you all, and everybody be safe out there! Both with the pandemic AND just your regular job, just be safe!
