Curiosity got the best of me and I did a search on the houses in that area and saw the price for this particular home listed at 349k. Ya know, just in case you were wondering too, I got you.

Props to this guy... but damn, I would not want to own a 200 YEAR OLD house that I couldn't possibly fill up. I don't know if this guy has a family or not but if I lived alone in a 200y/o house with probably 20 rooms I'd be scared shitless lmao
*edit: To clarify, I'm not taking a shot at this guy. I just think it would be spooky to live in.
