My friend owns a small B&B in Costa Rica. She gets requests ALL THE TIME from "influencers" for free lodging and even free tours. One even requested a free ride from the airport that is usually around $150. Sometimes, she is so aggravated that she just sends a screen shot of her bookings - she is usually fully booked for months - with the word.... "Why?". Usually, she just laughs and ignores them. I told her she should keep a "Scrapbook of Choosing Beggars." lol..
You mom should be like, just 70k followers, come back when you have 500k followers. I don't deal with anyone who has less than that. Hit them where it hurts.

Instagram users need to learn this: when you have to ask for free stuff in exchange for exposure, you are not popular enough.
Of any business wants your exposure they will contact you if you have influence enough and for their marketing model.
Stop asking althogether.
