Just remember, the first time he made tea, Uncle nearly choked, then tossed the second cup out the window when Zuko wasn't looking!

Also he started asking "what would uncle do" when he's stucked with something, after dismissing iroh's advice throughout book 1-2.
We all laughed at his iroh impersonation but if that isn't character growth
