that’s not always the case, obvs, but if they’re happier with their nose now, regardless, live and let live.
eta: just want to reiterate, that I understand this is not always the case, and you can have your septum repaired without an additional rhinoplasty. And you can also have a rhinoplasty without ever having had an issue with your breathing.
The only time I ever posted a picture of my face on reddit I had some random guy send me a message that said “wow look at the nose on this broad, what are you, Jewish or something?”
People can be dicks. I don’t blame anyone for wanting to change their looks if it avoids getting comments like that.
