Back when I had issues waking up, I found the perfect solution that let me feel refreshed.

Set an alarm 30min early. Set one 15min early. Real alarm.

Dunno why, but those mini wake ups before laying back down had me refreshed as shit when I actually got up.

The real solution though was to stop being a drunk, get anti depressants, and get sleep meds so I actually slept.
