From my experience, it sounds similar to the Midwest USA, except they say “welp” instead of “right”.

It starts with, "I suppose we better make a move then."
chats for another 30 mins
Then, "come on, we really ought to go."
moves to hallway, puts shoes on, chats for a further 30 minutes by the front door
Finally, "Look come on we really have to leave".
