I'd like to think that if Anakin had sided with Mace Windu instead of Palpatine and never fell to the Sith he would have eventually left the Jedi Order like Ashoka, barring some major reforms.
Padme, along with Senators like Organa, would have focused on cleaning up the corruption left by Palpatine's grand plan and restoring the Galaxy after the clone wars. Anakin would have been some kind of special agent of the Republic while he discovered more about himself and his place in the Force while raising Luke and Leia.
My happy head cannon is Anakin finishes the war and is found out.
The Jedi explain to him that he can either give up being a Jedi or leave padme due to their oaths of neutrality and service of the republic.
He talks with Obi-wan and obi is like dude, do what makes you happy. I faced a similar choice long ago and made my decision. But other Jedi choose differently.
Anakin turns in his lightsaber (symbol of his office) and goes on to become a happy father and becomes a pilot.
His main clientele? The Jedi order!
And he always has lunch with Obi Wan and Ahsoka on Tuesday’s.

seeing all this artwork of a happy and intact Skywalker family just makes Anakin’s fall that much harder to stomach
