Tbf to Anakin he does receive a lot of mixed messages. He constantly gets told how powerful and strong he is and that he’s destined for greatness and Palpetine’s always there to remind him of it whenever the Council doesn’t trust his abilities or something along those lines

They rushed through padawan's training much quicker during the clone wars to add to the ranks of Jedi generals.

Obi-wan was a padawan during peacetime and his training would've been able to accommodate more focus on aspects of Jedi training and the force that did not have immediate application to the war effort.

Come to think of it Obi-Wan really took a while to reach knighthood- Anakin got it at age 19, and Ahsoka would have gotten it at 16 or 17 had she just not left the order, what with Windu saying that her being framed was her version of the trials.
