if they tazed him and he went down why did they shhot him, what was their explanation?
I'm genuinely asking because I'm always fascinated with the logic people use and the audacity they have to use it when it's ridiculous. Especially in situations like this because they knew how drastic shooting him was and if they shot him 13 times that means they probably didn't stop and consider if it was excessive and thats scary and that's why I always have questions like this
