I don’t think you can offend a Muslim with the Holy Bible. Since it is part of their belief that Christianity is real, and the Holy Bible is a holy transcript from god.
I love the way annoying assed people think offering Muslims pig is gonna offend them but from what I've seen, Muslims couldn't care less if we love the hell out of eating bacon and pork and if we wash it down with some beers, good for us.. It's just not for them
When you go out of your way to insult someone who's minding their own business, whether or not you agree with their beliefs, you are very much the asshole in that scenario.
