Old people are not the only people affected by COVID-19. People, regardless of age, buy/consume products, which fuels demand which facilitates manufacturing/supply, which requires labour. The US alone has, at present time, 60,000 deaths. States are already reopening in areas where new cases are still cropping up. I don't see an outcome where the economy isn't affected in some way.
