I’m a nurse who takes care of truckers (occupational medicine/occupational urgent care), and y’all are in rough shape right now. I’ve had to let a few of my DOT patients take a nap in the exam rooms so I could get their blood pressure down the last two weeks.
Make sure you sleep well, drink water often, listen to good music, and eat enough. Thanks for making this pandemic less stressful on people.
