Yeah I've never understood the obsession with employer-based healthcare.
Edit: there are a lot of people saying the exact same thing in the comments.... I should have said "I've never understood why EMPLOYEES are obsessed with receiving employer-based healthcare." I know why its bad and where it came from, so thank you to the people who repeated the commenter above them.

But I have been dropped five times in the last 2 years and then added back on to the insurance just because we jump through the hoops. Many many hoops
