I hope (a lot) of Europe have a realisation after this that its time we invest more in healthcare and start paying the staff salaries that reflect their skill level.
A lot of people are saying that celebrity athletes are paid what they are paid due to them generating massive amounts of money, as compared to microbiologists and the like. This is true, but you are missing a crucial detail. The stock market is at a record low and the economy has stagnated over the entire continent since people are quarantined and can't work.
