Then you find out she has a ten inch smile going literally from cheek to cheek, under that mask.

I remember in one of my psych classes we talked about how different cultures read body language differently: Americans look at a person’s mouth for social cues and Japanese people look at a person’s eyes for social cues.

This is why Americans use emoticons that look like this :-) and Japanese people use emoticons that look like this ^_^

edit 2: obligatory 'wow, thanks, first gold' comment. I just hope it wasn't for spreading misinformation. I've had a few people tell me this is bs/outdated/pseudoscience but nobody's provided any source to back that up. So if somebody more qualified than this former C student psych major can speak to this then please do. Regardless, I'm glad I was able to brighten a lot of peoples' days. keep on keeping on y'all
