Nothing beats sneak 100. If it doesn't see me coming, literally everything dies in just one hit. Like, I remember there was some dragon sleeping atop a tower somewhere. At first I thought it was a glitch because I'd never seen one in that pose. One hit with the dagger and he had to first take off normally so he could immediately dramatically crash land at the base of the tower.
