Amazon is all over this map, but depending on how you look at this data it can mean different things. At first blush, they seem to be out-hiring other companies for software developers across the entire west coast.
On the other hand, I knew someone who worked for them in Seattle doing software development who said the turnover is brutal. He didn’t stay even 6 months.
So, what “having the most job postings” implies can mean very very different things, and not always that it is a good opportunity for a career or a growing company...
