We actually don’t have terms, so technically he could be Prime Minister for as long as he/Canadians wanted. Justin Trudeau, elected in 2015 is our 4th Minister since 1993. (Chrétien: 1993-2003, Martin: 2003-2006, Harper: 2006-2015), Trudeau: 2015-present)
EDIT - 6th Prime Minister since 1993. Kim Campbell: June-September 1993, Bryan Mulroney: 1984-1993
I think the fact that he is still, at age 78, fighting to make things better for the working class says a lot about his commitment. He could've retired his presidential aspirations after 2016 and I don't think he'd have gotten much flak for it, but I'm extremely glad that he didn't.
