I've thought of this myself. The series follows Anakin, Ashoka, and Obi-wan, so of course it is going to look like that these three are the doers and everyone else is just the peanut gallery.
But I like to think there were a lot more battles going on concurrently, but we typically only saw the ones involving that trio since they are the main characters.
It seems like they gave other notable Jedi an episode or a story arc to cover for this, because surely all the big battles in the clones didn't solely involve Anakin, Ashoka, or Obi-wan. If that were the case, Count Dooku's best general, General Grevious would be featured in all these battles as well.
Mostly wrong. Most of the known Clone War-era Jedi Council members were active on the battlefield during the war; many were killed on special assignments rather than simply being turned on by their clones.
Adi Gallia - Multiple battles (including Geonosis), faced Dooku and Greivous, killed by Savage Oppress Agen Kolar - Battle of Geonosis, killed by Darth Sidious (created to replace Eeth Koth due to actor availability) Coleman Kcaj - pretty much just sat there, but apparently survived the purge Coleman Trebor - Battle of Geonosis, killed by Jango Fett Depa Billaba - Multiple battles, severely injured, faced Greivous, killed in battle by clones Eeth Koth - Multiple battles (including Geonosis), faced and captured by Greivous, removed from council and left Jedi order. Later killed by Darth Vader. Even Piell - Multiple battles (including Geonosis), captured by Separatists and killed during escape Ki-Adi-Mundi - Multiple battles (including Geonosis), killed in battle by clones Kit Fisto - Multiple battles (including Geonosis), faced Greivous, killed by Darth Sidious Mace Windu - Multiple battles (including Geonosis), killed by Darth Sidious Oppo Rancisis - pretty much just sat there, but apparently survived the purge Plo Koon - Many battles (including Geonosis), killed in battle by clones Saesee Tiin - Multiple battles (including Geonosis), killed by Darth Sidious Shaak Ti - Multiple battles (including Geonosis), oversaw clone training on Kamino, killed by Darth Vader at the Jedi Temple Stass Allie - Multiple battles (including Geonosis), killed in battle by clones (created to replace Ads Gallia due to actor availability) Yoda - Many battles (including Geonosis), faced Dooku and Darth Sidious, survived purge
Obi-Wan and Anakin, of course, received a lot of focus during the TV series and their fates are well-known. Agen Kolar and Stass Allie weren't used in The Clone Wars because the characters they were created to replace were obviously usable without requiring an actor.
