A friend of mine told me a few days ago that I'm cool.
Felt great to hear at the time, but it's darkly amusing to me how every day for the last few weeks I've ended the day feeling uncool and unattractive. Including the days since hearing otherwise. That, or (while crossing the street) for a split second genuinely inviting an unspotted car to run me down.

I fill my cat's dish from the Pur pitcher. She might lick her own butthole, but our tap water tastes awful, and she deserves better.
