I’ve had a near debilitating back injury since October & have worked about 75% of my scheduled days. My employer understands, is putting me through physical therapy, & is working with me consistently & I STILL feel guilty when I call off

That sudden panic when you feel slightly better for 10 minutes on a sick day. Do you think they know!?

Then having to pretend you can barely talk on the phone just so the person doesn't get suspicious
