As a Lineman for 30 plus years my eyes go straight to the water being sprayed directly on the 3 phase primary wires! Hopefully deenergized ahead of time! Pretty cool though!
This will get buried but I want to point out, as a Californian, that Mexico regularly sends fire brigades to help our fire personnel fight brush fires.
