Code drops out several countries. Problem spot on line 43. I've kept the original code for reproductability. Also, I'm pretty bad at coding.

Is this only CO2 or does this include things like methane, but converted to CO2-equivalents?

Also, what's up with Sint Maartens? I can understand Trinidad being up there, as it's the biggest oil and gas producer in the Carribean, but Sint Maartens?
