When I was in 1st grade a 6th grader came up to me at my desk and asked if I was using the pencil on my desk. I wasn’t at that specific moment about to, so I said no. And he snatched it and took off.
I raised my hand to tell the teacher, but she was distracted. I sat there and cried for 5 full minutes before someone came to help me and get my pencil back.
It was on that day that I learned to never trust 6th graders.
This reminds me of those people in the office who come up to you asking if you are using that pen, phone, or computer and before you can say much they nab it up.
