Yeah. Because they clearly will be able to afford a $1000 fine while driving the equivalent of a mobile dumpster. I’m not saying they’re not an idiot, but I don’t get the impression they’re driving this shit-box because they are having their Porsche detailed.
My first car was an ancient Jeep Cherokee. We lived on the coast and the previous owners used it for off-roading, so the salt water had eroded the whole bottom floor out - carpet, metal, the whole shebang.
My mom always told me to stop complaining. “We all had cars like that in the 80s!!!”
