Ah.. so it was all about himself after all. That figures. I think it's evident now that everything Trump thinks and does is about himself.
He's like a caricature of everything we've always thought of most politicians. A pure idea, distilled, personified and tinted orange. A creature born of the lowest of our collective psyche's expectations. A kind of Godzilla of disappointment.

New York Times is the second newspaper to confirm Trump went after Soleimani because he wanted to preserve support from Republican Senators for the upcoming impeachment trial. The WSJ was the other newspaper to confirm this.
