I haven't had one in a long time but I used to be plagued with them when I was drinking. Mine never was one demon but a bunch of shadow like ghosts that wanted to take my soul out of my body and I'd lie there awake yet unable to move and brain still in sleep mode so seeing all this shit and it was horrifying.
