The source of this often reposted photo is the daughter of the man who took the photo. Her uncle is the man 6 rows back with his fist raised.
She notes that the photo was taken in Philadelphia and you can see the street signs show they are on W Girard Ave at N. 6th St.
She doesn't indicate a date but there was a large demonstration in Philadelphia, July 1-4, 1976 and the banner the vets carried was a common theme as well as “We’ve Carried the Rich for 200 Years, Let’s Get Them Off Our Backs!”
