Up to means 0-120 so technically any framerate is true.
Personally im looking at framerates up to a trillion on my pc.

They can support it all they like, but it won’t matter if game developers don’t use it. Xbox One has an option to enable 120hz, but nothing uses it and it’s never advertised.

Any advancements to console is a good thing. If the standard becomes 120hz, then higher refresh rate monitors will become cheaper
