This is still a flawed way of thinking, resolutions are useless unless they are measurable goals. Sure it may be unrealistic to workout everyday, but instead of a generic, “work out more”, you should be aiming for “work out twice a week” or whatever you think is realistic and achievable.
Sorry, but SMART (an acronym not emphasis) goals say they need to be specific, and working out more isn’t specific enough to follow. Idc if I get downvoted, just wanted to help you guys out
