So. I went to the original post on the comeback sub and...immediately got sidetracked by the extensive theological discussion in the comments. Nearly forgot what the damn post was about. It's been like. An actual half hour what the hell.
there's an argument to be made (by someone much more religious than me) that humans banning a plant isn't the same as god banning a plant. like if God made marijuana and didn't say anything about it in the bible, and humans come along and ban it, then it still is like saying god was wrong, even if he banned the apple.
