Other fun facts:
There is only 1 in the world
It was built in 1988 making it a 31-year old aircraft
Its original purpose was to transport the Soviet Union’s Buran space shuttle
The 225's "little brother" is the Antonov 124, the world's largest military transport (An-124 vs C5)
Use of the An-225 it will cost around $30,000 (£23,220) an hour
In addition to the 1 functioning An-225, there is a semi-built An-225 that's been sitting incomplete for more than 2 decades
