Some of those cashiers I’ve met when I go on the rare midday visits are some of the hardest working people I’ve met.
Some are just moms, dads, or other caregivers that are just trying to make ends meet with the skills that they have in hopes their kids can break out of the cycle of poverty. Hell, some are underemployed because they cannot find a position that utilizes their degree/skills. It’s terrible to judge a person just based on their job.
