My work has surveys also. As staff we get a fail if we do not get 5/5.

I straight up tell people to give me a 5 rating. As my higher ups really dont care about there option's they just want to see good numbers. People look at me wired and I tell them if they really wanted to know what the customer thought, I wouldn't get a bad review off a 4/5 mark.
