I just mentioned this below, but I wanted to say that people that are present for racist remarks are the people that are by far the best people to help sway a racist. If you're trusted and close enough to someone, you're less likely to be seen as attacking them. Saying "that's a bit too racist for me" or whatever works for you is being actively anti-racist, and is probably more effective at making change on an individual level than someone they don't know screaming at them. Racism is about ignorance, and ignorance is best addressed by a trusted person. It's why teachers spend so much time building relationships with their students.

I also want to note that those two problems can coexist, and two oppressed groups fighting with each other about it really isn't the answer. The fact that these marginalized groups are pitted against each other as if either of them is the problem is exactly how the problem won't be addressed.
