I have said this a lot: if you look back on who you used to be ot actions you took, shit you said, etc and it makes you cringe or it makes you feel like a piece of shit....
Step back and realize that recognizing that old you is a symptom of how far you have come and how much wiser, stronger, and mentally more thoughtful you have become.
Start by realizing and accepting that you may suck a bit but dont ever doubt your capability of improving.
