As a father, I didn’t have any problems when my 1st was born other than being slightly grossed out by all of the hair.

My second however was born inside a fully intact amniotic sac and looked like a fucking alien blob. I just about fainted because of how disturbing it was. The obstetrician told their assistant to get me some orange juice before I collapsed 😂

*edit: A lot of people are asking about the hair. Yes the hair on my child. I was not expecting a full head of hair and I didn’t exactly look up pictures of childbirth before hand, so it was more messy than I expected.

They had a chair right there for both my kids that you were instructed to sit in if you felt queasy at all. It's not like it's a fast process so I sat a lot just to get off my feet. Only part that I had a lot of trouble with was the second was showing up like now. They hadn't done the epidural yet and that freaked me out because it took the anesthesiologist on the first one like a half hour to do it the first time with contractions fairly far apart and there was blood everywhere. This time the contractions are like two minutes apart and my wife can't hold still very long because of them. I had a hard time knowing she was in that much pain. Luckily the nurse anesthesiologist was a freaking pro and had it done in like 30-45 seconds. Decided right then that the first dude was a hack.
