This was few years ago... He was fidgeting with the simm key while playing video games and he got a little too excited and ended up inhaling the key. The next day he was showing his brother what happened with a penny and bam... he swallow the penny too.
I took him to ER but the doctors said we will need to be vigilant of them coming out in his poop or they would need to go in for surgery. That was after a slew of doctors came to ask a bunch of questions... they thought maybe he had pica or something. He ended up pooping both the key and penny a couple of days later.
