Hi, actual guy in the pic here. This was my costume I made last year. (you can see I posted it on this account before). The pouch is indeed filled with condoms I handed out during Halloween parties and I held a small fundraiser for Planned Parenthood in conjunction with the costume.
I have no idea who the karma farming account is that posted this, but not really all that bothered. Just wanted to let folks know that's not me/give the opportunity to answer any questions.
